All warehouse supervisors, including but not limited to: Retail Shipping Supervisor, Bulk Shipping Supervisor, D2F Shipping Supervisor, Receiving Supervisor and Inventory & Replenishment Supervisor. All hourly warehouse associates included but not limited to those in pick/pack/shipping roles and those in inventory control/receiving/returns roles.

Essential Functions
 
Duties of this position include, but are not limited to, the following:
 
  1. Works with shipping teams to ensure that all outbound orders are shipped within expected timelines
  2. Ensures all inbound shipments are received into inventory within 2-3 business days and all stock is placed in appropriate locations. Work with other departments and/or vendors to address shipment issues
  3. Oversees stock replenishment to ensure maximum picking efficiency
  4. Oversees ongoing cycle counts and other recurring inventory counts to ensure inventory accuracy
  5. Responsible for properly scheduling all warehouse employees on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis based on expected volume and special projects.
  6. Constantly communicates with the Supply Chain Manager to determine issues and communicate changes that are being made. 
  7. Responsible for achieving all warehouse KPIs to ensure maximum productivity. 
  8. Oversees the ordering of supplies and ensures stock levels are met based on need (boxes, tape, knives, etc.)
  9. Responsible for overall organization and cleanliness of the warehouse. Responsibilities include ensuring the warehouse is swept consistently, that general areas (projects, furniture storage, etc..) are clean and organized, that the cardboard racking is organized with contents off the floor, and that the warehouse in general is neat and organized. 
  10. Proven ability to work with all levels of staff within the organization and to demonstrate commitment to principles of equity and inclusion and support for diversity.   
  11. Build a strong staff of ambitious, hard-working, passionate employees. Responsible for the proper training of employees with emphasis on cross training in all areas. Ensure departmental human resources are developed, nurtured and protected. Serve as a mentor, skills and development advocate/champion.
  12. Responsible for maintaining and enforcing warehouse rules, policies, best practices, and expectations for each area.
  13. Approve and submit staff payroll to Human Resources on a bi-weekly basis, adjusting hours and reporting PTO usage as required.
  14. Attends all company events and encouraged to attend shows from distributed artists and labels
