Tai Chi for Beginners
Come learn the basics of T’ai Chi Chuan for the beginning student. You will be introduced to the first third of the gentle, non-competitive, 37-move Cheng Man Ch’ing, Yang-style form, to help you achieve better balance, strength, range of motion, memory, mental focus, and overall well-being. Regular practice of these smooth, flowing, and meditative movements will enhance relaxation and breathing, reduce stress, and improve energy flow or “qi.” Wear comfortable clothes. Beginner-friendly! Join Louise Keefer in The Studio at A Step To Health for this weekly Tuesday evening class.
