Through the use of volunteer labor and donations of money and materials, homes are sold to families in need with a low to no interest mortgage. Monthly payments are set at 30% or less of the homeowner’s income making homeownership an affordable reality.

With our help, Habitat homeowners achieve the strength, stability and independence they need to build a better future for themselves and their families.

Habitat for Humanity is a private nonprofit organization that is funded through the generosity of local individuals, businesses and faith organizations. Since 1984, Habitat for Humanity of Orange County has served over 200 families.

By incorporating new construction as well as critical repairs, Habitat ensures the most cost efficient means of providing affordable and safe homes.
