Duties of this position include, but are not limited to, the following:

1. Replenishes picking locations to ensure ample amount of stock is available for sales orders.
2. Investigates stock discrepancies in Hillsborough warehouse.
3. Makes necessary stock adjustments to true up inventory.
4. Resolves stock issues (transferring out damaged stock, fixing UPCs).
5. Cycle counts.
6. Ensures top selling titles are in prime picking locations.
7. Organization of Clean warehouse.
8. Works on projects focused on finding resolutions for misc. product in Clean and Damaged warehouses.
9. Must be able to adhere to all company policies and procedures, including adhering to a climate of inclusion and free of harassment and discrimination of any kind.
10. Ensure adherence to company’s cultural norms and values.
11. Proven ability to work with all levels of staff within the organization and to demonstrate commitment to principles of equity and inclusion and support for diversity.
12. Assists with building a strong staff of ambitious, hard working, passionate employees. Responsible for the proper training of employees with emphasis on cross training in all areas. Ensure departmental human resources are developed, nurtured and protected. Serve as a mentor, skills and development advocate/champion.
