Yoga for Healthy Bones
Do you have osteoporosis or osteopenia, or know someone who does?
Did you know that yoga can help both prevent bone loss, and rebuild bone density? Bones rebuild where they experience stress (weight bearing), so strategic use of yoga poses can help you reshape your bones and posture. This workshop explores what poses can be extremely beneficial, as well as principles to apply to all poses to practice safely when you already have bone loss.
