Yoga for a Balanced Life
This alignment-based class focuses on the length, strength and integrated movement of the spine and core muscles. Each class is grounded on the theme of treating with opposites to achieve balance focusing on moving the body, breath, heart and mind in opposite ways to those encouraged by our everyday habits and external influences. All students are welcome whether new to yoga; suffering from shoulder, back or hip pain; dealing with the challenges of aging or injury; or those simply wishing to feel more comfortable, calm and balanced.
