Unexpected: Toward the Abstract in Photography
A quartet of local photographers departs from traditional representational photography, challenging the viewer with an unclear or distorted subject that is designed to evoke a response based primarily on light, texture, color, or movement.
Participating photographers are Anne C. Gardner, David Knox, Steve Murray, and Bernard Thomas.
Show runs July 29 through September 20. Opening reception during the Last Friday Art Walk, July 31, 6-9 pm.
