T'ai Chi for Beginners
Come learn the basics of T’ai Chi Chuan for the beginning student. You will be introduced to the first third of the gentle, non-competitive, 37-move Cheng Man Ch’ing, Yang-style form, to help you achieve better balance, strength, range of motion, memory, mental focus, and overall well-being. Regular practice of these smooth, flowing, and meditative movements will enhance relaxation and breathing, reduce stress, and improve energy flow or “qi.” Wear comfortable clothes and join Louise Keefer for this weekly Tuesday evening class.
