Grand Opening & Ribbon Cutting For Snow Approach

We are excited to announce the grand opening of the Snow Approach Foundation`s newly renovated building in Hillsborough.
The Hillsborough Chamber Of Commerce is honored to celebrate their accomplishment with a ribbon cutting ceremony and we are inviting you to please join us.  RSVP will be appreciated to know how many people to expect.
 
Designed to offer meaningful activities and life-enriching opportunities, this center will be a gathering place for individuals living with dementia, other neurocognitive conditions, and their care partners.
 
For over 50 years, dementia expert Teepa Snow has called the Hillsborough community home. That is why she opened her 501(c)3 non-profit, Snow Approach Foundation, here. It'll build on Hillsborough’s prior progress toward becoming a dementia-friendly community. This new center will expand the concept to a fully inclusive community-based model.
