Register now to join us for breakfast on Thursday, July 11th as Dementia Friendly Orange County and Orange County Public Library partner to host a FREE Dementia Friendly Training for local small businesses. This is a special invitation to learn more about dementia and the important role the business community can play in creating a more inclusive Orange County.
Upon completion of the 90-minute discussion-based training, new Partner Organizations will receive a Dementia Friendly Orange County window cling, recognition in print and online media, a radio shout-out from WCHL, and gratitude from our community. Please note that at least 50% of staff must participate in the training for an organization to become a Dementia Friendly Partner. Training is limited to 22 people.
For questions, please contact program coordinator Lisa Meinert at the Orange County Department on Aging: 919-245-4251 or LMeinert@orangecountync.gov.
