Trained at Pennsbury Manor, the colonial estate of William Penn, chef Linda Ostrand will demonstrate 17th century open hearth cooking using recipes that make use of available ingredients during the winter months.

In-person:?
The first 8 people to register will be able to join Linda in her kitchen in the historic Berry Brick House in Hillsborough.
Those attending in person will be asked to wear masks

This event will be live streamed.
