That's right people...it's time to bring a little St. Patrick's fun to Hillsborough! Join us for our 1st Annual St. Patty's Pot of Gold Festival and Fun Run to benefit Sam's Wish Fund at Kid's Path of Hospice.
This event will include a wacky-tacky Irish 'Jig Jog' for ages 11 and up. Put on your craziest green attire and and have fun jogging with friends from the River Park Festival Lawn to Gold Park. Prizes will be awarded to individuals most creatively dressed. The Jig Jog is a little over .5 miles long. Walk, run, skip, jog, whatever...just have fun!
Just before the path ends, you have a decision to make.....Family Fun at the Pot O' Gold Festival OR West End Merchants for Hillsborough BBQ, Nash St. for Green Beer, and Mystery Brewing to sample the new Spring Collection! Either way, you'll get your festival fun in!
At Gold Park is where our Little Leprechauns (Children 10 and under) strut their stuff around Leprechaun Loop! Don't forget to dress up those kiddos as we will give prizes for best dressed too.
4-7 Live music, Green Ice Cream from Maple View, Face Painting, Crafts Corn Hole and other activities!
5 PM Little Leprechaun Loop Fun Run @Gold Park - Dress up and have fun! Prizes awarded for best Irish spirit. Fun run is .20 miles long
5:30 PM Irish Brogue Contest for adults and kids
5:45 Audience selects winners from our green garbed participants
