A Step To Health Ribbon Cutting and Open House

A Step To Health, located at 410 Millstone Drive in Hillsborough, is hosting a Grand Opening on January 13 in celebration of their new location.  The Ribbon Cutting ceremony begins at 9:45 a.m., with an Open House to follow from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.  Come meet the Practitioners and attend brief educational classes to include Mindfulness 101, Mindful Parenting, Postpartum Healing & Rehab, Nutrition, Herbal Medicine, and EFT Tapping;  participate in a mini-Yoga or MELT class in The Studio; sit in the Infrared Sauna; enjoy refreshments and enter to win the many prizes in our raffle.  Please visit www.asteptohealth.com for more details.
