If you struggle with insomnia you may feel like you've tried it all, from your doctor's sleep hygiene pamphlets and the "Top 10 Tips to Fall Asleep" online, to countless suggestions from friends. With all of the trial and error, this much is clear: there's no one-size-fits-all when it comes to sleep. Having a toolkit of practices that invite tranquility for you is essential. In this workshop we'll invite rest with practices rooted in yoga, mindfulness, and self compassion. We'll explore a few gentle yoga poses (no experience needed), simple meditation, mindful breathing, and deep relaxation. This workshop is intended for anyone who struggles with sleep, whether you are experiencing a rough patch or chronic sleep challenges. Comfortable, cozy clothes are recommended and pajamas are welcome!
